Beverly Hills Launching Website Survey As Phase One Of Redesign

October 17, 2023 ·

BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills announced on Monday, October 16 that it launched a new website survey as part of the first phase of its redesign and is seeking community input regarding usability, content and design.

After a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the city selected Civic Plus as its website vendor.

The survey questions will address how users search for information, feedback surrounding website design elements that aid in the overall look and feel and what content should be prioritized on its pages.

The Website Steering Committee consists of Councilmembers John Mirisch and Lili Bosse.  “The City Website Steering Committee will represent a diverse group of community stakeholders and City staff to help provide input on design and functionality. The re-design project is expected to be complete in the Spring of 2024,” the city of BH stated on its website.
