BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills posted on its Facebook page that Mayor Craig Corman will host the inaugural ‘Metro with the Mayor’ community ride and experience how easy it is to travel from Beverly Hills to destinations across Los Angeles by train.

Metro with the Mayor is a new priority that highlights the convenience of taking the Metro while connecting Beverly Hills residents to neighborhoods, attractions, and destinations throughout the region. Future rides will explore Southeast Beverly Hills, the historic Wilshire Corridor, and more.

The first excursion, Beverly Hills Dodger Day, will take participants from the Metro Wilshire/La Cienega Station to Union Station, where riders can connect to the Dodger Express bus for a day at Dodger Stadium as the Los Angeles Dodgers take on the Milwaukee Brewers.

The event will be on Sunday, August 16 with the Metro Ride starting at 10:30 a.m. The game starts at 1:10 p.m.

Visit the link in our bio to purchase discounted Dodger tickets and a Metro Tap card. You can also visit, beverlyhills.org/metrowiththemayor for tickets and more details. Tickets are limited for the event and must be purchased in advance.

Metro and Dodger Express bus rides are optional. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own TAP card for travel between Wilshire/La Cienega Statin and Union Station.
