Residential Burglary Suspect Adva Lavie Wanted

MALIBU—On Wednesday, October 8, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station reported they are requesting the public’s assistance with locating similar victims of Suspect Adva Lavie. Lavie has been involved in a series of residential burglaries throughout Los Angeles County, targeting older men and posing as a girlfriend or companion on social media dating platforms and applications.

Lavie AKA Mia Ventura Shoshana/Shana is a described as an adult female, approximately 5 feet and 7 inches tall, weighs 104 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She is known to drive a black Porsche SUV and white Mercedes-Benz sedan.

Deputies Detain Suspect In Residential Burglary

MALIBU—On Tuesday, October 8, the LASD Malibu/Lost Hills Station reported that an off-duty LASD Volunteer on Patrol (VOP) received information from a community member about a vehicle associated with a string of residential burglaries that had occurred in their community.

The Volunteer on Patrol tapped into the training they received through the VOP program and promptly took action. They verified the vehicle’s presence and notified deputies at the LASD Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station, all while staying a safe distance away.

Deputies quickly responded and conducted a high-risk traffic stop where they were able to apprehend the suspect inside the vehicle without any issues. They recovered several items, including house keys, garage remotes, and electronics, from the suspect vehicle. Detectives from Malibu/Lost Hills Station are now pursuing the investigation further.

Suspects In Residential Burglary Arrested

SANTA MONICA—The Santa Monica Police Department reported that they arrested two suspects in connection with a residential robbery that occurred on Tuesday, November 21. The SMPD reported at approximately 12:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 9th Street to investigate a possible residential burglary, where a suspicious vehicle was seen driving away.

Officers in the region located a matching vehicle leaving the general area, while additional officers confirmed the residential burglary had occurred. Police officers initiated a traffic stop and detained the occupants of the vehicle.

During the investigation, authorities located a safe inside the suspects’ vehicle belonging to the resident, along with other items of evidence. The occupants of the vehicle, Christofer Martinez Infante, 23, and Jeffrey Owen Wright, 22, who were both charged with Residential Burglary and are being held without bail.
