Luxury Senior Living Coming Soon To Woodland Hills

WOODLAND HILLS—On October 21, CCI Developers announced that Livelle Mulholland, a luxury senior housing facility is coming soon to Woodland Hills. CCI is expected to break ground on senior housing property during the second quarter of 2026 and is slated to open to residents during the second half of 2028. Livelle Mulholland will be located on the corner of Mulholland Drive and Valmar Road. The facility will feature 290 units, over 200 of which are to be allocated for independent living, 16 assisted living apartments, and 13 memory care units. The amenities include an underground-attached parking garage, a gourmet restaurant, a rooftop lounge, and a fitness center with therapy pools. Outdoor game courts, natural trails, and seven villas. In addition, there will be indoor and outdoor theaters and classrooms. The following description of the new senior living facility comes directly from CCI Investment: “Project Highlights Scheduled to break ground in 2026, The Livelle is backed by CCI’s expertise in senior living and development. This new construction project will offer spacious residences and a suite of luxury amenities, emphasizing wellness and holistic living. Residents will have access to premium facilities that enhance daily life, aligning with CCI’s commitment to creating top-tier senior communities. Features and Amenities The Livelle is thoughtfully designed to support a lifestyle of wellness and relaxation, featuring a resort-style pool, gourmet dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and lush outdoor spaces. As a life plan community, it is uniquely suited for seniors who value convenience, engagement, and luxury.” The building materials used are cement over steel to create structurally sound buildings to be combined with a resort-estate feel that lends itself to an atmosphere seniors would admire. LCS will manage the life care community intended only for those over 60 years of age. Project partners include the following: Perkins Eastman as architect, KPFF as engineer, Envicom as environmental and land planner, LRM as landscape architect, Carlberg Associates as horticulturist and Brenner Consulting Group as permit administrator.   By Sharon
