Santa Monica Police Seeking Help to Find Missing Man

SANTA MONICA—A 76-year-old man named Freddie Phillips disappeared on the morning of Monday, September 29, which caused a silver alert, which serves to alert officials to the unexplained disappearance of an elderly person. Now, the Santa Monica Police are asking the public to help locate him. Freddie Phillips is 5 feet 6 inches tall. He is bald and has brown eyes. His weight is 150 pounds. When he disappeared, he was wearing sweatpants that were either green or gray, along with a gray sweatshirt that had a hood, and a pair of black slippers. He was last seen around 8:15 a.m. on Monday, September 29. According to the California Highway Patrol, the last known location of Freddie Phillips was close to the intersection of Fourth Street and Idaho Avenue.
