BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills is offering a free household hazardous and e-waste drive-thru collection event. It will be held on Saturday, September 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be held on West 3rd Street between Foothill Road and Civic Center Drive.
Residents can safely dispose of items such as batteries, electronics, paints, motor oil, household chemicals and more. Do not include these items in your trash. By disposing of these materials responsibly, you’re helping to safeguard our environment, conserve resources, and ensure a healthier future for everyone in the community.

The S.A.F.E. Center at UCLA offers another convenient option for LA County residents at 550 Charles E. Young Drive in Los Angeles on Fridays, Saturdays and the first Sunday of each month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. HHW transportation limit: 125 pounds or 15 gallons per visit.
