BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills is inviting residents to participate in a meeting on Tuesday, July 28 regarding a potential affordable senior housing project located on city-owned property at 327-335 South Robertson Blvd.

Representatives from the city of Beverly Hills and Developer WHCHC will present proposed plans and gather community input. The project is anticipated to include 62 units and subterranean public parking.

In order to meet California state requirements, set forth in the City’s Housing Element of the General Plan, the City is exploring options to partner with developers to building affordable housing on City-owned property.

On November 12, 2025, the Beverly Hills City Council approved an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with developer WHCHC in order to explore the potential for an affordable senior housing development. The city is in an exclusive negotiation period with the developer for up to two years. WHCHC is in the process of conducting due diligence and site analysis to determine the feasibility of the potential project. WHCHC is also applying for various funding opportunities.

On May 19, 2026, the City Council directed staff to include three levels of subterranean parking (estimated 82 parking spaces total), to be constructed and operated at the City’s expense, into the project plans.

The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the La Cienega Park Community Center Auditorium located at 8400 Gregory Way. There will be a virtual option available at www.beverlyhills.org/robertsonsunflower.
