Jennifer Lopez Purchases Mansion in Beverly Hills

BEVERLY HILLS—In 2023, Jennifer Lopez, known for her musical career and appearances in films such as Hustlers, Maid in Manhattan, and The Wedding Planner, split from her husband Ben Affleck and put her home in Beverly Hills on the market. Now she has purchased a new mansion in Beverly Hills.

This new mansion is located one hour from the neighborhood in which she used to live. It spans 8,600 square feet and is situated on a two-acre plot. This building features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and it also contains many luxury amenities, including a home theater and a massage parlor.

The divorce between Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez was finalized in January 2025. She bought the mansion they purchased in 2022 on the real estate Market last July, and it can be bought for $68 million.
