Hiker Rescued In Sherman Oaks By LAFD

SHERMAN OAKS—On Saturday, July 12, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported they had to rescue a hiker in need.

The incident was reported at 5:40 p.m. at 14807 W. Round Valley Drive. One patient, a 24-year-old female had an isolated lower extremity injury.

She was hoisted via LAFD air ambulance and transported to a local hospital for treatment. No additional details about the incident have been disclosed to the public.
