Two-Story Fire In Pacific Palisades Extinguished

PACIFIC PALISADES—On Friday, November 28, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported that they battled a two-story fire. The fire was reported at 12:40 p.m. at 1459 Chastain Parkway West. The fire was at a single-family dwelling on the 2nd floor.

By 1:37 p.m. the fire was put out by 33 firefighters in just under one hour with no injuries reported. The fire was primarily contained to one room on the 2nd floor. No further details about the blaze have been disclosed to the public.

LAFD Battle Two-Story Fourplex Fire

HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On Tuesday, September 23, the Los Angeles Fire Department announced they battled a two-story fourplex fire on 2327 N. Beachwood Drive. The fire was reported at 5:47 p.m. with light smoke initially showing and fire inside a wall, as reported by the first-arriving company.

Due to the complex location, firefighters carefully ensured all hot spots were extinguished before declaring knockdown at the 32-minute mark.

LADOT requested for traffic control in the area, while LAFD crews remained on scene for overhaul of the damage. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and there were no reports of any injuries.

Two-Story Duplex Fire In Hollywood Extinguished

HOLLYWOOD HILLS—On Monday, March 31, the Los Angeles Fire Department announced that they battled a structure fire in Hollywood. The blaze was reported at 7:48 a.m. at 5441 W Lemon Grove Avenue.

The blaze involved a 2-story duplex with smoke initially showing from the second floor. Firefighters discovered fire in one room and achieved knockdown within 18 minutes.

There were no occupants found and there were no injuries reported as a result of the fire.

Two-Story Four-Plex Blaze In Hollywood Hills

HOLLYWOOD HILLS—The Los Angeles Fire Department reported a two-story fourplex blaze at 3322 N. Barham Blvd. in Hollywood Hills on June 18.

Officials were first alerted about the fire at 5:33 p.m. where firefighters investigating the source of the smoke inside of the two-story fourplex found a small fire involving contents only (no structural involvement yet).

Crews quickly snuffed out the small fire and remained on scene to evacuate the smoke from the building using blowers. There were no reported injuries during the blaze. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
