WEST HOLLYWOOD—The city of West Hollywood is striving to expand its economy and foster an environment that enables businesses to thrive; however, it needs the help of members from the city’s business community to achieve this goal. To that end, it is creating a new Business Task Force whose job it will be to develop possible business solutions, and the city is now accepting applications for potential members.
The job of this task force will be to develop solutions that will allow the business community of West Hollywood to thrive. Also, it will be responsible for supporting entrepreneurship, and the development of workers. However, the members of this task force will not be paid. Instead, the job will be done a volunteer basis. The application window close on August 1, 2025, at 5 p.m. All those who are called in for an interview will be interview by members of the city staff.
Those who are selected to be part of the business Task force will meet on the second Wednesday of the odd number months between the fall of 2025 and the spring of 2026.
Those dates will be September 10, November 12, January 14, March 11, May 13, 2026, and July 8.
