Fatal Traffic Collision in Brentwood on 405 SB Freeway

BRENTWOOD—A traffic collision led to a fatality on Monday, June 23, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported. The incident was reported at 2:02 a.m. on the southbound 405 freeway in Brentwood near Moraga Drive.

A total of three patients (unknown age/gender/condition) were involved. Officials were on scene following the incident. According to reports, one officer sustained injuries during the incident.

One patient was determined to be deceased on scene; two patients were transported to local hospitals for injuries sustained. The collision involved a pickup truck and sedan, KTLA reported. No additional details about the deceased victim and the other victims have been disclosed to the public.

The media has been referred to the Los Angeles Police Department INC#0367 regarding details about the collision.
