STUDIO CITY—On April 25, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) posted a Silver Alert for 86-year-old Florence Coleman, who was last seen on April 24 Ventura Boulevard and Ridgemoor Drive in Studio City. Ms. Coleman is believed to be on foot.
